Q: Can I track multiple shipments at once?
A: Not yet. You can only track your shipment one after the other. However, you can use the shipping history report to see the statuses of all your most recent shipments in a glance.
Q: My tracking link isn’t updating. What should I do?
A: Network or customs delays can cause temporary lags. Try refreshing after a few hours or contact support for updates.
Q: Can the receiver also track the shipment?
A: Yes. Tracking links are automatically sent to both the sender and the receiver once the shipment is booked. They can do so on the website without the need to sign up.
Q: What happens when my parcel is delayed in customs?
A: This will be visible when you track. Clearance is automatically handled for you you and updates are shared with you as often as necessary.
