If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t log in to your Routely account, you can easily reset it in a few simple steps.

Steps to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to
    ship.routely.co

  2. Click on “Forgot Password”

  3. Enter your email address linked to your Routely account

  4. Click “Request Code”

  5. Check your email inbox for a 6-digit reset code

  6. Enter the code on the website to verify your identity

  7. Create a new password and log in

That’s it — your password is successfully reset.

If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.
