Importing into Nigeria with Routely is simple. You do not need a friend or contact abroad.

If you buy from international stores like Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Temu, Shein, or directly from a supplier outside Nigeria, you can ship your goods to a Routely partner warehouse and then forward them to Nigeria.

How It Works

When you have a verified Routely account, you automatically receive access to your unique warehouse addresses in selected countries.

Currently, Routely has partner warehouse addresses in:

• United States (Texas)

• United Kingdom (London)

• China (Guangzhou)

• South Korea

Each address is personalized to your account.

You simply copy your assigned warehouse address and use it when buying from that country.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Get Your Warehouse Address

1. Sign up and create your profile at
   www.routely.co

2. Go to your Address Book or click Ship Now to access the address book. 

3. Copy your unique warehouse address for the country you are buying from

Each country has its own address. Always use the correct one.

Step 2: Use the Address When Placing Your Order

When buying from a store or supplier, enter your unique Routely warehouse address as the delivery address. Enter all details as provided in the address information.

This ensures your goods are delivered to the correct warehouse.

Note: These warehouse addresses are for cargo shipping only, not express shipping.

Step 3: Wait for Delivery to the Warehouse

Once your supplier marks the item as delivered:

• You may track it using the tracking number given by the store.

• Routely will confirm once the item is received.

• We will inform you of the shipment weight.

Step 4: Create Your Shipment to Nigeria

After the weight is shared with you:

1. Go to ship.routely.co

2. Use the warehouse address as the Sender

3. Enter your Nigerian address as the Receiver

4. Turn on Doorstep Delivery (recommended for doorstep delivery to be activated)

5. Add Shipment Protection (optional but recommended)

6. Accurately declare all items and their values

7. Choose your preferred shipping method (Air or Sea, where available)

Once completed, your shipment will be processed to be sent to Nigeria for delivery to your doorstep.

Optional: Consolidation

If you are expecting multiple packages, we can hold and combine them into one shipment.

This is called consolidation, and it helps you save on shipping costs.

Minimum Weight Requirements

Please note the minimum weight rules:

USA/UK/South Korea

• Air: Minimum 5kg (or pay equivalent)

• Sea: Minimum 100kg (or pay equivalent)

China

• Air: Minimum 2kg

• Sea: Minimum 0.2 CBM/200kg (or pay equivalent)

Important Guidelines

• Always place your order with the full details on your unique Routely address as copied from your account. It has your full name and Routely codes.

• Routely does not charge extra for normal warehouse storage.

• However, demurrage fees may apply if you delay creating your shipment.

• Shipments move on a schedule, usually weekly, on Fridays.

• You are expected to create your shipment immediately after weight confirmation.

• Packages should be shipped within one week after compilation.

Your items will only be shipped after you create your shipment request.
