Consolidating Packages Before Shipping

Yes, Routely supports package consolidation — allowing multiple items purchased from different sellers, vendors, or suppliers to be combined and shipped as one package.
This helps reduce total shipping costs and simplifies delivery management.


Where Consolidation Is Available

Routely provides secure consolidation through own and trusted partner facilities in the following locations:

  • Nigeria – Routely Central Hub, Lagos

  • United Kingdom – London

  • United States – Texas

  • China – Guangzhou

If you have multiple orders from sellers within any of these regions, simply:

  1. Notify the Routely team of your intention to consolidate via any official communication channel.

  2. Share your unique Routely Address (found in your verified Routely account) with each seller or supplier.

  3. Ensure all your packages are delivered under the same name.

  4. Notify us when you are ready to ship all items together.

Consolidation Terms By Hub

Lagos, Nigeria Hub:

  • Free storage available for up to 2 weeks.

  • Storage fees may apply after the 2 weeks period

  • Items stored for over 6 months without shipping are considered unclaimed and will be disposed of.

China, UK, and USA Hubs:

  • Storage available for up to 1 week.

  • Items must be shipped within 1 week after consolidation.

  • No storage fees apply within this 1-week window.

  • Other items will be shipped in the following week.
