Ship More, Earn More: The Routely Loyalty Rewards Program

The RoutelyPRIME Merchant Loyalty Program is designed to reward merchants for every shipment they process through Routely. It’s our way of appreciating merchants who trust and grow with Routely by turning every shipment into a reward opportunity.

Through this program, merchants earn points or cashback based on their monthly shipping spend. The more shipments they process, the more value they receive.


How the Loyalty Program Works

1. Earn as You Ship

Every RoutelyPRIME merchant automatically earns 1% cashback on their total monthly shipping spend. These rewards are credited directly into the merchant’s Routely wallet, which can be used for future shipments or other eligible services.

2. Monthly Top Shipper Award

At the end of each month, Routely celebrates outstanding merchants by selecting a Top Shipper. This merchant receives a special bonus — a lump-sum cash reward deposited into their Routely wallet as additional shipping credits.

3. Transparent Reward Tracking

Merchants can track loyalty points or cashback earnings directly from their RoutelyPRIME dashboard under the “Loyalty & Rewards” tab.

4. Automatic Redemption

No forms, no delays. Cashback or bonus credits are automatically applied to the merchant’s wallet, ready for use on future shipments.

Eligibility

  • Available exclusively to active RoutelyPRIME merchants.

  • Merchants must have completed at least one shipment in the current month.

  • Rewards are calculated monthly and reset at the start of each new month.
