To make shipping easy and accessible, we also have 80+ drop-off locations across major cities in Nigeria, from which you can ship. Routely provides convenient drop-off service stations across all six geopolitical zones in Nigeria. These service stations allow customers to send packages locally or internationally, even if they are not in Lagos, where Routely’s Main Office is located.

All drop-off stations are securely integrated via Routely’s trusted logistics partner, Redstar Express. While they are not operated directly by Routely, they serve as official collection points for shipments booked on the Routely platform. Once a parcel is dropped off, it is scanned, registered, and ready for tracking within minutes.

Quick Q & A

Q: Can I drop off at any of these locations without booking first?
A: If you are in Lagos, YES you can drop off at Routely before you book, but if you are not in Lagos, you have to create your shipment first on www.routely.co before heading to the drop-off centre. It is while booking that you would select your preferred drop-off location, and the system will send the full address and instructions to your email after booking, based on your selection.

Q: Are these offices open on weekends?

A: No all these offices majorly operate on business days only.
