Routely connects to over 80 drop-off locations across major cities nationwide through a secure API. These centres are not owned or staffed by Routely, but are officially recognised drop-off points for the shipments booked on our platform from cities where Routely do not have physical offices.
After you book a shipment on Routely, you will receive an email with your drop-off instructions, the drop-off address information and your drop-off waybill document attached. Print that waybill document, attach it to your package, go to the drop-off station and follow the guide below to make your drop-off experience smooth:
Once you arrive at the station, ask for the E-commerce Section — that’s where all pre-booked online shipments (including Routely shipments) are handled.
Next is to present your shipment that has been labelled with the printed waybill to the representative at the station. The representative at the e-commerce section will be able to find your order with this document and process it for you.
If you’re unable to print the waybill yourself, the representative at the E-Commerce section of the service station may be able to help you do that, simply:
Write the ROUTELY shipping reference number clearly on your package (as seen in the email you get)
Head to the E-commerce Section at the drop-off centre
Ask the representative to help you print the waybill and attach it. This code is usually in the format below:
ROUTELY/RSMLD123456
It is however, recommended that you print out your waybill to avoid delays.
Once the waybill is attached, ensure you sign for drop-off before leaving. This is important for tracking and delivery confirmation.

Print your waybill before going to drop off
Write your shipping reference code on your shipments if you can't print the waybill.
If someone else is dropping off for you, give them these exact instructions.
Once dropped off, your shipment moves directly into the delivery pipeline — local or international.
