Importing items through Routely is easy and stress-free. When you buy items from foreign stores (like Alibaba, Temu, Shein, Amazon, eBay etc) or when your supplier/manufacturer is outside Nigeria, you can have your goods sent directly to our warehouse in that country — China, the United Kingdom (UK), or the United States (USA). Once you buy your goods from any supplier or store in these three countries, simply have the items sent to your personal Routely warehouse address in that country. We’ll receive, document, and process them, then ship everything safely to your doorstep in Nigeria.
Steps to Follow
Step 1: Get Your Routely Warehouse Address
After signing up on
www.routely.co
Go to your Address Book.
You’ll find your unique warehouse address for each of these three countries:
Each address is personalized for your account. You’ll use it whenever you buy items from that country.
Step 2: Share the Address with Your Supplier or Store
When placing your order, enter your unique Routely warehouse address as the delivery address on the supplier’s website or purchase form.
This ensures your goods go straight to the right warehouse for processing.
Note: These addresses are for cargo shipping only, not express shipping.
Step 3: Notify Routely After Delivery
Once your supplier marks your item as “Delivered”, notify Routely immediately through any of our communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp, chat, or email).
This helps us quickly locate, confirm, and process your package at the warehouse.
Step 4: Consolidate (Optional)
If you’re expecting multiple packages, we can hold and consolidate them before shipping to Nigeria.
This means we’ll group all your items into one shipment to help you save on shipping costs.
(See our article on Consolidation for more details.)
Step 5: We Process and Ship to Nigeria
Once your items are ready:
-
The weight of your shipment is communicated to you
Log in to your account and create your shipment.
-
Accurately declare all items and their values.
-
Choose your preferred shipping method (Air or Sea as available).
Your shipment will then be processed for delivery to your doorstep anywhere in Nigeria.
Tips for Smooth Import Handling

-

-
